It is essential to well-being and health not to allow yourself to be affected or infected by fear during these times of challenge. The dramatic events on the world stage may appear frightening to some, but all is well. In times of turmoil and uncertainty the exercise of trust and hope is essential. Humanity is in the process of change. Upheaval and challenge are crucial heralds for change. They are stimulating and facilitating an evolutionary shift in mass consciousness.
Thought forms, habits and structures which have been entrenched for millennia cannot change overnight. It takes time to adjust and evolve. The transition to a new way of living, working and being will be a process not an event. The earthquakes in Japan and New Zealand mirror the seismic shifts taking place in human consciousness as people around the world awaken and begin to claim their personal power. The devastation and human suffering resulting from the tragedy of conflict and natural disasters are acting as dynamite, blasting open the doors of many a human heart to new levels of kindness, courage, compassion, nobility and generosity of spirit.True Power is experienced when you remain in a state of detachment and balance, knowing that despite the appearances of disaster a deeper perfection is at work. Tragedy and adversity hold within them opportunities for learning, growth and empowerment, although this will not be immediately apparent to many who are in the midst of chaotic and frightening events. People will discover their capacity for endurance. Some will question what they value in life. Many will experience their innate wisdom, resourcefulness, courage, creativity and more, if they choose to do so. It will not be easy but when everything is taken away, people often find the one thing that they can never loose, the spirit within them. No person, no event can ever destroy that, for it is their indestructible true power, which resides in the core essence of their Being.
