Integrity cannot exist where there is fear.

We are living in times where darkness is coming to the light of public consciousness.  The hidden wounds in our society are surfacing for cleansing and healing.  This is to be welcomed and celebrated, for mankind is in the process of evolving to a higher state of consciousness.  Humanity is moving from the limitations of fear based conditioning to the integrity and true power of heart centred consciousness.  It will be cost effective to do so.

Scandals such as the endemic abuse of children by some members of the Roman Catholic Church and the numerous cover ups, proved very costly.  Compensation payments to victims of abuse for their suffering;  the accompanying legal costs;  together with the loss of reputation, respect and trust are some examples of the loss and expenses incurred by the church, when fear was greater than faith and integrity.

The phone hacking scandal currently engulfing News International is another example where fear is not cost effective.  Initially, News International denied allegations of hacking into the mobile phones of celebrities. Then they said it was the work of one rogue reporter and a private investigator he hired. In April, News International then apologised and said it would make a £20 million compensation fund available in to victims of hacking.  However, the scandal continues to unravel as more allegations come to light. It is now claimed that the phone messages of murder victim, Milly Dowler, were hacked into. The Prime Minister, David Cameron, has promised an inquiry once the police investigation is over. News International may face criminal as well as the on-going civil proceedings. Once more there is the loss of reputation and money, disrespect for and harm done to others.

Integrity is cost effective. It is True Power in Action. Integrity is when we act from our hearts.  At the core of our Being, we know what is true, right and decent.  Our natural state of consciousness is fearless. When you access this, you will be in alignment with your True Power. Living with integrity, acting for the greater good, self-respect and honouring all life will then be unavoidable.
