Time is a convenience created by man for organising life. In reality, NOW the only time there is. When you fully accept this, you align with your true nature and power. Many people have permitted themselves to be enslaved to time, which can be an enormous source of stress.
As the New Year approaches, many radio and T.V programmes are reviewing the past year and making predictions for 2012. The past is no more, it has gone. The future has not occurred. Why make it matter when it does not? The point of true power is always NOW. When you are oblivious to the now moment, you willingly disempower yourself.
Resentments, regrets, retaliation, fear and expectations are time traps. They lure your awareness into a non-existent past or future. They do not serve you. Release them. Bring your consciousness into the moment and discover your authentic power, which is experienced, not taught. Be present in your life, not absent from it by being distracted by the illusions and delusions created by your mind.Is time your servant or your master? What are your beliefs about time? Your beliefs create your reality, if you believe you never have enough time you will never have enough time and will most likely feel stressed, for energy follows thought. Naturally, one needs to make plans for excursions, old age, attending to the needs in life and so forth. This is where clock time is a useful tool for arranging your life. However, do not make it your master.
In the higher consciousness of authentic empowerment, time is intuitively felt. Why not take off your watch for a week and see how you feel without it. Take time to be still, notice the rhythms and cycles of life and note how they feel. Be patient as you adjust to a new way of being and discover whether this feels right to you.
To live in the now is to claim your true power and transcend time
