Feelings link us to our invisible internal reality. They are how we connect to the true power of our Being which communicates with us through our intuition. Feelings enable us to determine truth from deception. They protect and insulate us from being controlled by others through manipulation, misinformation and fear.
Many people are unable to hear their intuitive wisdom. Reception being blocked by ceaseless mind chatter, the ‘busyness’ of everyday life, addictions or mental health problems.
Despite the immense power and impact feelings have in our lives, many individuals are not fully conscious of their feelings, which can adversely affect well-being and efficiency. How often do you take time out to listen, hear and respond to your heart’s desires, to follow your intuitive guidance? Do you value yourself sufficiently spend time with you?
Currently, heavy snowfalls have disrupted connections and communications in the United Kingdom. Roads are blocked. Some airports and schools are closed. Over 400 trucks were reported stranded on one of the motorways around London. The external world is a reflection of our internal world. Are you experiencing blockage, say through excessive working, drinking, eating and thinking? Are you truly aware of how you are feeling? Can you hear your intuitive wisdom clearly? If not, why? What is preventing you connecting and communicating clearly with you?
The natural world falls silent after fresh snowfall. There is a peace which accompanies it. Many people are staying at home, signifying a time to go within. Perhaps this is a time for you to go within also, to renew the connection with that deeper part of you. Our natural state of Being is accessed and experienced when the mind is silent. When you are fully connected to your true power, experiencing the freedom and peace which accompanies it, the motivation to communicate and share this joy with others becomes irresistible.
