Currently, the light  is being focused upon strategies for preventing stress at work.

Stress is a choice, so why choose it?  It makes no sense to do so, especially when the alternative  joy, is available.  No person or event can cause you to feel stressed without your consent. This may sound provocative, it is meant to be.  Stress is a symptom of the the basic human problem, identification with and enslavement to fear and time. It  occurs because people are not conscious of their true nature and power.  There is far more to you than who you think you are.  The True Power Strategy enables you to liberate yourself from stress and claim the true power of your being.

Within each individual is a limitless reservoir of pure power. It is our natural state of consciousness which is all knowing and fearless.  It is accessed when the mind and emotions are still. It is a state of pure presence or beingness which can only be experienced, not taught. You can experience your true power in times of silence, by personal observation, or by going with the flow, allowing what is to be. Alternatively, you can choose to live in the now moment. These are just some of the strategies for preventing stress at work.

Stress creation or stress prevention and joy? The choice as ever, is yours!
