Feeling stress at work today?

Are you choosing to feel stress at work today, if so why, when there many ways of dealing with stress instantly and effectively?   The first, as always, is to stand in the light of your true power and joy.

You are responsible for you. If you are feeling stressed, become conscious of the now moment. Set your intention to Be who you truly are and claim your true power. Just breathe, allow your mind and emotions to become still.  This gives you immediate access to your true nature and power. Breathing, meditation, creative self-expression, living in the now are just a few true power strategies for removing stress effectively.  If you are blaming others people and circumstances for the way you may be feeling, you are protecting your blame and not taking responsibility for you.  It is denying your true power and will not eliminate stress.

To stand in your true power and joy and remain there takes a conscious decision of will that needs to be taken frequently until this state of authentic empowerment become the automatic and natural way of Being for you. Stress will then become a memory of work that was once endured rather than truly enjoyed.  Joy and stress cannot co-exist. True Power is standing in your joy, not standing in the  joyless energy of stress. It is a great way of tackling stress in the workplace.
