STRESS PREVENTION is your responsibility. No person or situation can cause you to feel stressed.  You can either respond to events from a place of true power or react to them from a place of emotional imbalance. The choice, as always, is yours.

Modern education does not provide us with the means to identify and discipline our emotional bodies. Accordingly, people can remain victim to their emotions and reactions until they make a conscious decision to harness them and bring them under the control of wise intuitive guidance.

The people whom you may find unpleasant or distressing to you can be your best teachers if you allow them to be.  Is there a colleague whom you find unpleasant to work with? If so, observe your feelings.  Are they behaving in ways which you find irritating? If so, is this an opportunity to speak your truth or set a boundary? Perhaps you need to remove yourself from their presence or the situation they are creating? Alternatively, is the annoying characteristic reflecting a similar aspect within you that requires your loving attention?

Whatever, you find stressful in your life is providing you with an opportunity to empower yourself, if you choose to do so. Seize the opportunity to do so and set yourself free. Remembering the gift in each situation is an excellent strategy for stress prevention and removal!
