There are many strategies for preventing stress at work. The more effective ones require an open mind, the willingness to take full responsibility for your choices and a sense of fun! The first step is to set the intention to know yourself differently beyond the definitions and limitations you may place upon yourself. Are you truly willing to claim your true nature and power? Do you intend to be joyful and have fun?
There is far more to you than who you think you are. We describe ourselves as human beings but if you take away the word, “human,” what does “being” mean to you? We define ourselves through our gender, religion, relationship, ethnicity, nationality, species and more, but if you remove those definitions, what remains? Few people would deny they have love inside them. Beingness is similar It just is. You cannot measure, win or purchase it. It is like truth, it can only be experienced, not taught. In the ‘busyness’ of everyday life, it is very easy for people to become lost in their thoughts and feelings, reacting to daily events and frequently allowing themselves to feel stressed by them.You can begin to access your true nature and power and eliminate stress at work by choosing to meditate each day, engaging in breathing exercises such as pranayama, or taking time for creative self-expression. You can also choose to for live in the moment, release judgment, blame and guilt and allow what is to be, without seeking to impose your will upon people and events. These techniques allow you to access and experience your innate state of being. It is a place of true power where intuitive guidance and knowing is found. It is a place of strength, freedom and peace. Why not try one or more of these true power strategies for dealing with stress effectively.
