Initial in depth discussions take place with clients to:
- identify and agree training needs, outcomes and costs.
- explain how The True Power Strategy can be successfully applied to corporate, political and organisational challenges in order to achieve client's objectives.
- determine and agree the duration and delivery of training.
Note: It is not uncommon for courses to identify hidden issues and individual blindspots, thus private consultations or mentoring can be arranged following on from the training.
Initial discussions take place by telephone or Skype. Alternatively, where meetings with Lee are requested, a daily pro rata fee is charged, a 10% discount being given on costs if courses are booked.
The Context
As 'The True Power Strategy' responds to organisational objectives and individual needs in the moment, the general courses cannot be structured.
Clients, their issues, concerns, needs and challenges at any moment in time are the work material. The 12 Steps which inform the True Power Strategy are then applied to those challenges and work as practical tools for transforming difficulty into opportunities for empowerment and growth.
The Focus
The focus for all courses is on:-
- enhancing individual and organisational performance.
- helping people to get a clear idea about who they are, their circumstances and the choices they can make to change them.
- demonstrating how The True Power Strategy can be applied to overcome life / work challenges.
- assisting individuals to take responsibility, not look to others to carry them.
- facilitating a process enabling people to identify and release fear based conditioning whilst allowing their innate power to be revealed and integrated through experience.
- providing motivation, inspiration encouragement and support.
- people enjoying their work not enduring it.
