- people who would rather take no decision rather than any decision?

- groups of elites/cabals/cliques who hang out together and think they are smarter than everyone else?

- feeling in the ranks that senior management is weak and out of touch?
- feeling at the board level that the levels below them could give more support?

All of the above result from too much fear at one or more levels in an organisation because personnel are not aligned with their True Power.
