"Thank you so much for the excellent training day last Friday. The evaluations were extremely positive and all indicated the need for us to have such training. All the doctors clearly identified that they find the job stressful and, while some things we cannot change, there are certainly things that we can all do to protect ourselves and have a better work life balance. As a manager it has certainly helped me to realize that my team is stressed and better appreciate individual difficulties - whilst I do try to be supportive I know there are measures I can take to improve the emotional wellbeing of my colleagues and will endeavor to put systems in place. In the first instance I am going to ask our occupational health dept what they can offer.

I will certainly recommend the session to others and am sure we will be inviting you back to provide us with further training in due course."

Being Truly Empowered

At the core of your being you possess all the strength, courage and wisdom you need to consciously create the life and work you love.  If you do not have joy in every area of your life, then you are not fully standing in the light of your true power.

Being truly empowered is about making a decision to have fun and enjoy life not endure it.  This is not to advocate being lightweight, but to be light-hearted and joyful. It is about taking full responsibility for your choices and being willing to know yourself very differently indeed.
